乙酸分子印迹聚合物的制备及其在针式萃取技术中的应用 被引量:1

Preparation of acetic acid molecularly imprinted polymer and its application on needle trap extraction technology

摘要 选用乙酸为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用本体聚合方法合成了具有高选择性的分子印迹聚合物.以该聚合物作为填充吸附介质,开发了针式萃取装置,并与气相色谱联用分析了气体中的痕量乙酸.实验考察了主要反应条件参数对聚合物吸附性能的影响.结果表明:使用丙酮为溶剂,预聚合时间为5h,模板分子、功能单体和交联剂的物质的量之比为1∶4∶20;聚合反应时间为6h时,制备的分子印迹聚合物对乙酸有良好的萃取性能. A high selective molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP) using acetic acid as template molecule,4-vinyl pyridine(4-VP) as functional monomer,ethylene dimethacrylate(EDMA) as cross-linker,was prepared by bulk polymerization.The needle trap extraction(NTE) device was developed using the prepared MIP as adsorption medium.The device could be coupled with gas chromatography(GC) for the analysis of trace acetic acid.Main parameters concerning effect of polymerization conditions on adsorption property have been evaluated.The results demonstrate that the best adsorption performance of the MIP under the optimized conditions with acetone as solvent,pre-polymerization time 5 h,the ratio of the reagents(template molecule:functional monomer:cross-linker) 1∶4∶20,and polymerization time 6 h.
