摘要
目的:优选壳聚糖精制抗疲劳颗粒的最佳纯化工艺。方法:采用正交试验考察药液浓缩程度、pH值、壳聚糖用量对壳聚糖絮凝沉降法精制抗疲劳颗粒的影响,优选出壳聚糖精制抗疲劳颗粒的最佳工艺。结果:最佳纯化工艺为药液浓度为1.0 g生药.mL-1、1 mL药液加入相当于壳聚糖2 mg的壳聚糖溶液、药液pH值不调。结论:壳聚糖澄清剂可以用于抗疲劳颗粒的纯化。
Objective:To optimize the best purification process of anti-fatigue granule by the chitosan.Methods: Adopting the orthogonal design method to study the effect of three factors including the physic liquor concentrated degree,pH value and the amount of chitosan on refining the extract of anti-fatigue granule by the chitosan flocculating setting method.Optimize the optimum purification process of chitosan.Results:The optimum purification process was the mass concentration contained 1.0 g·mL-1,1 mL of liquid added is 2 mg of chitosan solution,pH remain unchanged.Conclusion:Chitosan can be used to the purification process of anti-fatigue granule.
