摘要
目的:研究黄芩不同器官在不同采收期过氧化物同工酶的变化,建立黄芩不同器官在不同采收期的生物指纹图谱。方法:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE),对黄芩不同器官在不同采收期的过氧化物同工酶酶谱作比较分析。结果:黄芩的不同器官在不同采收期的过氧化物同工酶酶谱有明显差异。结论:从生理机制探讨黄芩不同器官在不同采收期生长代谢的差异,为黄芩采收期的确定提供科学依据。
Objective:Study the changes of peroxidase isozymes harvested at serial time points from different organs of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi(SBG) and establish the SBG's biological fingerprint profiling.Methods:The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) was used to analyze the changes of peroxidase isozyme.Results:Peroxidase isozymes were significantly difference in different organs of SBG at different harvest time points.Conclusion:Our results reveal the physiological mechanism of the growth of different organs of SBG,which provide us with scientific evidence to harvest SBG in the best season.
