摘要
结合常州市高架道路二期工程跨越老运河桥钢箱梁的施工过程,简要介绍钢箱梁施工过程中的加工制作、防腐涂装、现场焊接技术、预拼装及工地现场安装施工的监理要点和质量控制的方法,最后结合现场施工提出几点钢箱梁施工监理注意事项。
Based on the steel box beam of bridge over the old canal construction during the second period of Changzhou overhead road, introduce the key point of supervision and quality control during construction of the process, antiseptic painting, welding technique in-site, preinstall and install in-site of steel box beam. At last, several proceedings should pay attention was proposed according to the steel box beam construction in-site.
