摘要
干旱胁迫处理下,对盆栽大豆苗期叶片的相对含水量(RWC)、株高、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性进行测定。结果显示:随着干旱胁迫的加强,叶片的相对含水量降低,株高受到抑制,可溶性蛋白含量降低,POD活性和CAT活性表现为增强的趋势。
By drought stress treatment, relative water content (RWC), plant height, soluble protein content, peroxidase (POD) activity and eatalase (CAT) activity of the leaves of potted soybean seedlings were measured. The results showed: with the strengthening of drought stress, leaves relative water content decreased, plant height was inhibited, soluble protein content decreased, POD activity and CAT activity appeared to enhance.
