摘要
目的研究基于计算机辅助的可视治疗目标(VTO)对正畸患者硬组织变化的预测的可信性。方法选择2005—2008年在佛山市口腔医院正畸科进行拔牙固定矫治的恒牙早期骨性Ⅰ类错患者50例,应用2008版数字化NemoCeph口腔头影测量分析软件获取预测的治疗后头影测量片(T1),并运用该软件对T1以及真实的治疗后头影测量片(T2)进行硬组织测量分析。结果牙性及骨性测量项目的预测值与真实值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于计算机辅助的VTO的预测结果与治疗后硬组织测量值基本一致,其对硬组织变化的预测是可信的。
Objective To investigate the reliability of computer aided visual prediction of hard tissue changes after orthodontic treatment. Methods Fifty extraction cases, with an average age of 12.4 and class Ⅰ malocclusion in early permanent dentition were treated with fixed appliances. The pretreatment cephalometric radiographs were processed by Nemo- Ceph 2008 and visual prediction results are compared with the posttreatment cephalometric radiographs. Their difference on hard tissue value are analysised by statistical software. Results The skeletal and dental tissue changes are statistically insignificant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The hard tissue visual prediction by computer is reliable. It could be used on selecting treatment options and help the patients get their satisfied treatment result.
