走马楼吴简中的"复民"并不是某些学者所说的复客赐客制中的"复人",而是简牍中所说的"尪羸老顿贫穷女户"和"老顿穷独女户"。他们的身份是平民,不是依附民。

＂Fu Min＂ in the Zhoumalou Wu Bamboo Slips were not ＂FuRen＂（peasants freeing from land tax） in the system of Fuke and Cike as some scholars thought.It refered to the peasants who were weak or frail or old or poor or single-handed or female.They were common people,not attached people.
