高血压脑出血血肿早期扩大的相关因素分析

目的:探讨高血压性脑出血急性期血肿扩大的临床因素。方法:随机选取高血压性脑出血患者200例,出现血肿扩大者44例为研究组,未出现血肿扩大的156例为对照组,分析两组患者临床特征。结果:入院时两组患者出现烦躁症状、CT形态密度不均、早期应用甘露醇的差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:出现烦躁症状、血肿密度不均及早期应用甘露醇与高血压性脑出血早期血肿扩大有一定关系。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the clinical factors related to hematoma enlargement after acute stage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：Two hundreds patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our department were divided into two groups. Forty-four patients with hematoma enlargement were included in the observation group, the others acted as control.The clinical data related to hematoma enlargement of the two groups were reviewed retrospectively.Results：here was significant difference between the two groups in symptoms such as fidgets,uneven CT density and the Application of mannitol,P〈0.05.Conclusions：fidgets,uneven CT density and the Application of mannitol may be related to the hematoma enlargement after cute stage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
