摘要
目的:探讨小切口手术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法:行小切口手术治疗胆囊结石患者55例,进行回顾性分析。结果:55例患者经过手术治疗,治疗情况:术中出血量91.7±20.2ml,手术时间75.6±19.3分钟,术后下床活动时间10.3±4.2小时,术后肠功能恢复时间47.9±6.1小时,住院总天数9.1±1.1天,恢复工作时间19.3±5.2天,总住院费3901±101元。术后并发症:切口感染1例,切口脂肪液化1例,经对症处理痊愈出院。结论:小切口手术治疗胆囊结石具有切口小、创伤小、恢复快、费用低等优点。
Objective：To evaluate the laparoscopic treatment of gallstones clinical efficacy.Methods：A hospital in March 2010-July 2011 55 cases of laparoscopic treatment of gallstone patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results：55 patients after surgical treatment,the treatment is： blood loss 91.7±20.2ml,operative time 75.6±19.3min,postoperative ambulation time 10.3±4.2h,postoperative intestinal function recovery time 47.9 ± 6.1h,total hospital days 9.1±1.1d,recovery time 19.3 ± 5.2d,total hospital charges 3901±101 million.Postoperative complications：wound infection in 1 case,wound fat liquefaction in 1 case,were discharged after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion：Laparoscopic treatment of gallbladder stones with a small incision,less trauma,quicker recovery,and low cost,is worthy of promotion.
