摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后护理措施和护理经验,以便提高护理质量,更好地为患者服务。方法:收治行剖宫产孕妇466例,其中初产妇345例,经产妇121例,密切观察产妇病情,做好常规护理,术后护理,加强心理护理,保持会阴清洁,进行有效的健康指导。结果:466例剖宫产除1例因高血压住了9天外,其余均4～5天母婴安全顺利出院,提高了护理质量,减少了医疗纠纷的发生。结论:剖宫产术后护理可以减少患者的痛苦,提高护理质量。
Objective：To investigate the cesarean section nursing interventions and nursing experience,in order to improve the quality of care and better services for patients.Methods：maternity hospital to June 2011 received a total of 466 cases of cesarean section done,of which 345 cases of primipara,the maternal 121 cases,close observation of maternal illness and do routine care,postoperative care,enhance mental care,to keep the vulva clean,effective health guidance.Results：466 cases of cesarean section in addition to one person hypertension live nine days,the remaining 4 to 5 days were discharged improved maternal and child care and safety of treatment,reducing the occurrence of medical disputes.Conclusion：The cesarean section can reduce post-operative care of patients with pain,improve quality of care.
