摘要
近年来,随着社会的进步,经济的发展,生活水平的提高,人类的饮食状况和结构发生了很大的改变。由远古时代在饥饿条件下形成的摄食经验,继续在现代的饱食时代盛行,造成了今天生活方式疾病迅速蔓延。经济的提高及社会环境的改变造成了人类趋向肥胖。
