经尿道前列腺等离子双极汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生180例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极汽化电切术(TUPKVP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)疗效。方法:采用TUPKVP治疗BPH 180例。结果:本组手术均成功,术中无前列腺包膜穿孔,无电切综合征发生,无永久性尿失禁。术后随访170例,并发附睾炎4例,尿道外口狭窄3例,患者国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)(8.0±2.0)分,术前为(23.0±2.8)分;生活质量(QOL)评分(1.0±0.8)分,术前为(5.0±0.6)分;残余尿(20±12)mL,术前为(120±85)mL。术后与术前相比,均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:TUPKVP是治疗BPH的主要方法之一,具有安全、有效、并发症少等优点。
