整合、集成和流程再造是工业社会不同时期的一体化概念。整合与资产重组是同一事件的两面，体现了工业社会中资源调整、融合为一体的过程。集成是利用信息技术进行不同系统的技术连接，尤其重要的是人员和知识的网络化过程。流程再造的实质是对工业社会中的劳动分工和管理分工的整合。虽然我国企业当前主流是发展分工、专业化和实现规模经济来加速工业化进程，但同时也可吸收和发展产生于晚期工业社会的集成和流程再造等概念，来增强目前我国企业正在进行的战略性重组和重组整合的效果。

Integration of merger & acquistion,computer ingegrated enterprises and business process ngineering are concepts at different stages of industrial stages of industrial society. Integration and merger are two sides of the samething which repment the process of bettering respirces arragment resources arrangement and making them an organic whole. Thispeper holds that CIE means technical links of different systems by information science, especially the network ofpeople and knowledge BPR means ingerative process of labor division as well as management in late industrial society The main ways of Chinese enterprises to speed up industrialization are labor division,specializtion and mass production ,but they can also increase their economic benefit by using CIE and BPR.
