摘要先天性胫骨假关节（congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia,CPT）是一种罕见畸形,其发病率低,但病因病理及发病机制还不十分清楚,目前治疗方法较多,且复发率高,临床治疗困难。我院2007年6月至2009年10月采用带血管腓骨推移治疗小儿先天性胫骨假关节5例,效果较好,现报道如下。
