摘要 基于SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,设计了一个适用于GSM900和GPS系统的并行式双频段低噪声放大器。电路采用1.8V电源供电,考虑到两级之间的匹配特性,运用了级间电感技术。介绍了输入、输出匹配电路的具体设计方法。运用Cadence中的SpectreRF软件进行仿真,结果表明,增益特性S21在两个频段均大于10dB,输入匹配特性S11和输出匹配特性S22均小于-13dB,输入3阶交调失真均大于2dBm。 A concurrent dual-band low noise amplifier for GSM900 and GPS system was designed based on SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS process.The circuit operated at 1.8 V supply voltage.Inter-stage inductor was used for matching between two stages.Specific method for designing input and output matching circuit was described.The circuit was simulated with SpectreRF of Cadence.Results showed that the circuit had a forward gain,S21,over 10 dB,an input matching,S11,and output matching,S22,less than-13 dB,and an IIP3 greater than 2 dBm for both bands.
