热成型温度对连铸/模铸10CrNi3MoV钢组织与性能的影响

摘要 结合显微组织与晶粒度的观察,研究了热成型温度对连铸/模铸10CrNi3MoV钢组织与性能的影响以及相互关系。结果表明:当热成型温度高于960℃时,连铸钢晶粒粗化,粒状贝氏体含量增加,导致其强度上升,低温韧性显著下降;当热成型温度不高于1000℃时,模铸钢中晶粒并未产生粗化现象,粒状贝氏体含量较少,故其强韧性基本保持不变。 Based on observation of microstructure, the effect of thermal processing temperature on the microstructure and property of molded/casting 10CrNi3MoV steels and the relationship between them were investigated. The results showed that for the casting steels, when the thermal processing temperature is 960℃ and over, the grain becomes coarsened and the fraction of granular bainite increased so the strength is ascended and the low temperature toughness is evidently declined, when the thermal processing temperature is below 1000℃, the grain size held ultimately and the fraction of granular bainite is less, so the strength and low temperature toughness is kept on a great level.
