摘要
采用模拟仿真软件对聚氯乙烯泡沫夹芯结构复合材料矩形平板成型工艺进行了模拟分析。考察了芯材厚度、芯材的开槽方式及开槽尺寸等对树脂充模过程的影响,确定了适于工程应用的开槽方式及尺寸。
A VARI process molding simulation has been carried out for a rectangular plate of composite materials which have a PVC form core with slot, and the impact of the thickness of core material, the patterns and dimensions of the slots on the filling process also has been studied, finally the suitable pattern and dimensions of the slots for engineering applications are determined.
