妊娠期高血压对新生儿血清脂联素水平的影响 被引量:5

The influence of gestational hypertension on the serum adiponectin level of the neonatus

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期高血压对新生儿血清脂联素水平的影响。方法将妊娠高血压综合征孕母所生的58例新生儿随机分为三组,妊娠期高血压组22例,子痫前期轻度组20例,子痫前期重度组16例,并选择非妊娠高血压综合征孕母所生的20例新生儿作为健康对照组。比较四组新生儿血清脂联素水平,以及脂联素与胎儿出生体质量和体质指数(BMI)的关系。结果四组新生儿的脂联素、体质量及BMI均不同(P<0.05),其中,子痫前期轻度组和子痫前期重度组新生儿的脂联素水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),子痫前期重度组新生儿的脂联素水平低于子痫前期轻度组(P<0.05)。子痫前期重度组新生儿的出生体质量及BMI均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。血清脂联素与出生体质量和BMI均为正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论随着妊高征程度的加重,脂联素的水平不断降低,脂联素可作为衡量胎儿生长发育状态的重要指标之一。 Objective Discuss the influence gestational hypertension on the serum adiponectin level of the neonatus. Methods 58 newborns whose mothers had hypertension during pregnancy were divided into 3 groups: the gestational hypertension group(22 cases),the light preeclampsia group(20cases),the serious preeclampsia group(16cases).And 20 newborns whose mothers are healthy were chosen as the normal control group.Compare newborns'adiponectin level,and the relationship of adiponectin level and the fetal birth weight and BMI. Results Newborns'adiponectin level,fetal birth weight and BMI of the four groups are different from one another(P〈0.05).Newborns'adiponectin level of the light preeclampsia group and the serious preeclampsia group was significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05).And newborns'adiponectin level of the serious preeclampsia group was lower than that of the light preeclampsia group(P〈0.05).The fetal birth weight and BMI of the serious preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those of the normal control group(P〈0.05).Serum adiponectin,VLBWI and BMI are all positively correlated(P〈0.05). Conclusion The adiponectin levels gradually decrease along with the aggravating of gestational hypertension.Serum adiponectin can be one of the important indexes for measuring fetal growth status.
