In the course of the socialist modernization construction, it is of great importance to bring into full play of the initiative of the workers. Only the recognition of the leading role of the labor’s productive factors and the admission of the labor’s equal rights with the material capital will the management be able to arouse the workers’interest. In so doing, the enterprises can manage to deal with difficult economic situations, which will accordingly benefit the sustainable development of the national economy.
