摘要
文章以定性分析和定量分析为线索,总结了民营企业融资所有制歧视国内研究状况。认为民营企业融资之所以受到"所有制"歧视有其特殊的历史背景,有关研究与经济体制改革进程紧密相关。
This paper introduces the literature on discrimination of ownership, which are classified by qualitative analysis.It argues that pejudice against ownership which the private enterprises have to bear originate in the very economic mechanism in our country.The research about the discrimination is closely related to the reform process of economic systems.
