引进-消化吸收-再创新是一种十分普遍的创新行为,也是当今许多企业参与市场竞争的有力武器。文章通过分析企业再创新的创新过程,探索了企业再创新的实施策略,并总结了引进-消化吸收-再创新在中国的成功典例。
Introduction- digestion and absorption-re-innovation is one of the popular innovation behaviors and it is enterprises＇ powerful weapon to take part in market competition.By analyzing process of enterprise re-innovation, this article explored implementation strategy of enterprise re-innovation and summarized successfully cases of introduction- digestion and absorption-re-innovation in China.
