改制后我国图书出版业中政府投资行为研究

改制后图书出版企业将完全按照市场化、产业化的标准来决定自身的经营理念和经营行为。文章依据图书出版的公共物品属性,系统论证了政府在新形势下对图书出版业的投资方式、投资对象和投资方向,其中政府对图书出版的投资方式分为直接投资和间接投资,投资对象不仅有出版社和图书出版商,还有中小型出版企业、民营书店、图书馆,甚至还包括作者、译者和读者。

The publishing industry will determine it＇s own management idea and behavior completely in accordance with the standards of marketization and industrialization.According to the public belonging property of book publishing, this paper systematically demonstrates the investment ways, objects and directions of government for publishing industry.The investment ways can be divided into direct investment and indirect investment, and the investment objects includes not only press and book publishers, but also small and medium publishing enterprises, private bookstores and libraries, even authors, translators and readers.
