摘要
文章介绍了当前移动终端切换至归属网络的选网策略和选网特点,然后提出了一种结合移动终端的位置服务功能实现移动终端快速切换至归属网络的方法。通过建立移动终端位置信息属性库和选网模型,并细分终端切换级别,着重阐述了基于选网模型的自动选网算法,最大限度减少用户的国际漫游费用支出,同时也达到提升HPLMN网络利用率,增加HPLMN运营商收入,提升用户网络感知的效果。
The paper describes network selection plans for mobile terminal when switching to HPLMN,then it suggests an automatic network selection strategy combined with the location function of the mobile terminal.Through establishing the position information library of mobile terminal and network selection model,and subdividing terminal switching levels,this paper proposes automatic network selection algorithm to minimize the user ＇s international roaming charges and maximize the advantages of improving HPLMN network utilization.Ultimately the user＇s network-aware is enhanced.
