摘要
选用3种分子量的PES作为制膜材料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K30)作为添加剂,N-甲基吡咯烷酮作为溶剂,聚酯无纺布作为支撑材料,利用非溶剂致相分离法制备超滤膜.通过超滤实验和爆破强度的测定研究了有否无纺布支撑对不同分子量PES超滤膜过滤性能和抗压性能的影响.根据由凝胶色谱仪得到的PES分子量数据、由浊点滴定法得到的热力学相图以及由同心圆筒黏度计得到的铸膜液黏度数据,深入讨论了导致超滤膜性能变化的原因.研究发现,无纺布支撑与无支撑超滤膜相比,无纺布支撑的超滤膜过滤通量较高、截留率较低,其抗压强度明显增大.
Polyethersulfones (PES) with three different molecular weights were chosen to prepare ultrafihration (UF) membranes by the nonsolvent induced phase separation method using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), N- methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and nonwoven polyester fabric as additive, solvent and support material respectively. The effect of supporting and nonsupporting on the performance of the prepared ultrafiltration membranes was investigated by means of UF experiments, and the measurement of bursting strength. Based on the experimental data of PES molecular weight, thermodynamic phase diagram and cast solution viscosity obtained from gel perme- ation chromatography, cloud point titration and coaxial cylinder viscometer measurement respectively, the underly- ing causes of the experimental phinominon were accounted for from the combined perspective of thermodynamics and kinetics and polymer aggregate dimensions. It was found that compared with nonsupported membranes, membranes supported with nonwoven fabric are of higher permeability, lower rejection and higher strength.
