摘要
作物青贮渗出液属于高CODCr、高氨氮废水,对水环境质量影响不容忽视.采用沸石生物膜的方法处理奶牛养殖场玉米青贮渗出液,研究了对CODCr氨氮的去除效果.结果表明,挂膜23d后,CODCr的去除率可以稳定在70%,氨氮去除率可以稳定在80%以上,挂膜成熟后沸石生物膜反应器对CODCr和氨氮有较好的去除效果;当气水比为2:1,水力停留时间为12h,生物膜活性达到最高,有机污染物的去除效果最好;当CODCr的质量浓度达到280mg/L时,氨氮的去除率降为32.79/6,显示出有机污染物的降解好氧严重抑制了硝化细菌的生长,有机负荷对氨氮去除效果影响较大.
In plant silage effluent, CODcr and NH4 +-N are in high concentration, which has caused seri- ously envircmental pollution. Bio-zeolite system, removal of CODcr and NH4+-N, was selected to treat the corn silage effluent in dairy farm. The following results are obtained, after the 23th day from bicfilm formatial , the removal efficiency of CODer and NH4+ - N are over 70% and 80% respectively , whichreveals the stable for the removal of CODcr and NH4 +-N by bio-zeolite system after the biofilm matura- tion. When the gas to liquid ratio is 2 : 1, hydraulic retention time is 12 h, the biofilm has the best of acti- vation and the highest removal rate of organic pollutant. The removal rate of NH4+- N decreases to 32. 7% when the concentration of CODcr increases to 280 mg/L. The removal of NH4+-N is limited by or- ganic load and the decrease of DO concentration, organic degradation, severely inhibites the growth of ni- trifying bacteria.
