摘要
自主设计了弯曲板式膜系统,优化了膜壳和膜元件,使得系统能够获得稳定的通量和高质量滤液。该系统对赤霉素过滤的通量可以稳定在65 L/(m2.h);对于头孢C的过滤,通量可以稳定在15 L/(m2.h),系统对二者的蛋白截留率超过85%.
The bent flat membrane(BFM)system was designed by optimizing membrane tube and membrane element for achieving steady flux and high quality filtrate. The flux could be stable at 65 L/(m2 · h), when this system was used for filtrating gibberellins, and 15 L/(m2 · h) for filtrating cephalosporin C. Meanwhile, the protein retentate rate of gibberellins and cephalosporin C was higher than 85%.
