摘要
寻求一个长久、可靠、稳定的扶贫方式，是我省扶贫攻坚的关键。本文提出的扶贫新思路，是以“小额项目融资”为依托，以项目的收益作为偿贷的保证。这样做，具有许多其他扶贫方式不能比拟的优势。
It’s the crux of helping the poor to explore a long-terrm, reliable and stead way in our province. Innovating on the thoughts of helping the poor relys on the petty projects finacing and also on the profits from the projects as the loan back guarantee. his method has its inapproachable superioeity to many other help the poor ways and has its important significance and effect as well.
