摘要 教学交往是一个复合概念,应从不同侧面加以把握,教学交往具有主体性、互动性、互补互惠性、审美性的特征,交往与教学密不可分,是有效教学的前提条件,教学中人际交往蕴含着丰富的教育因素,对学生的社会化、人格发展。 Teaching association is a complex idea, It should be grasped firmly from different sides. Teaching association have many characters, such as subjectivity, mutually promote, mutually complementary, mutually beneficial and aesthetic judgement. Association couldn’t be separated with teaching for it is a premier condition that including rich educational causes during the teaching experience, Teaching association develops the influential function of phenotype and covert on students’ socialization personification and psychological health.
