摘要 论述了船体结构用钢焊接的研究现状。从焊材选用、焊接工艺及组织性能方面,分析了船体钢焊接中的关键问题及发展方向。探讨了提高焊接效率和改善接头性能的手段,并建议将电磁搅拌技术引入到船体钢结构的多丝埋弧焊接生产中,以提高焊接效率和接头质量。 The present welding research status of hull structure are introduced. The key problems and development trend of welding in hull structure are analyzed from welding material selection, welding technology, microstructure and properties. The methods of improving the welding efficiency and joint properties in hull structure are also discussed, and electromagnetic stirring technique is suggested to use in the muhi-wire submerged arc welding.
