摘要 目的:通过对北京地区普通专科医师培训基地所在医院,住院医师培训实施现状的调查,旨在找出影响住院医师规范化培训质量的主要因素,提出改进住院医师规范化培训的对策,为完善住院医师规范化培训工作提供政策依据。方法:对北京地区普通专科医师培训基地所在医院的主管院长、基地负责人、主管教育部门管理人员、带教老师、及住院医师进行个人深入访谈,总结出影响住院医师规范化培训质量的主要因素。结果:接受访谈的人员认为,由一名医学院校毕业生转变成为一名合格的医生,必须要经过系统的、规范的住院医师规范化培训。存在的主要问题为学员参加培训的积极性不高,基地无法为学员解决住宿,24 h住院医师负责制无法实施,所在科室阻碍学员参加培训,培训经费不足,带教老师水平和责任心直接影响培训效果。结论:住院医师规范化培训的实施过程尚未达到保障住院医师培训目标的要求,培训质量亟待提高。 Objective:The specialist training in Beijing hospital where the residency training base status of implementation of the survey to identify the impact of residency training,standardized quality of the main factors proposed to improve the training of resident physicians and standardized measures to improve the standard training of resident physicians provide policy basis.Methods:The Beijing area where ordinary specialist training base in charge of the hospital president,the base charge,department manager in charge of education,with a teacher,a personal in-depth interviews with residents,resident summed up the impact of standardization of the quality of training of the main factors.Results:Interviewed persons think that by a change in medical school graduates to become a qualified doctor,must go through the system,standardization of specifications residency training.The main problems for the participants of the training initiative is not high,the base can not resolve the accommodation for the trainees,24-hour resident responsibility can not be implemented,where the department hinder participants training,lack of training funds,with teacher training directly affects the level and sense of responsibility effect.Conclusion:The implementation of standardized training of resident physicians during residency training has not yet reached the target of security requirements,quality of training needs to be improved.
