农民生态道德意识水平的高低对建设低碳农村具有决定性作用。当前农民生态道德意识的提升受到了主、客观多种因素的制约,须从加强生态道德教育、实施生态道德的规范约束、重构农民的生态权利、培养农民生态消费观念、推广生态农业模式等方面培育农民适应低碳农村需要的生态道德意识。
