摘要
棉浆粕是以棉花为原料,经碱法蒸煮、洗涤精制而成的一种高纯度纤维素,主要用于生产特种纸如人民币等。棉浆粕制造过程中产生大量高浓度废水的治理问题也日益引起人们的重视。该文以滁州银山棉浆有限公司废水治理工程为背景,探讨了生物接触氧化法处理该类废水的运行系统参数,运行结果表明:采用此工艺处理效果较好、系统运行稳定、操作简便,在经济上是可行的,技术上是合理的。
The cotton pulp is a kind of high-purity cellulose which is made of cotton after the process of alkaline cooking and washing,it is mainly used in specialty paper producting such as note and so on.The attention has been paid on the controlling of amounts of high-concentration wastewater generated in the cotton pulp manufacturing process increasingly.This paper takes the Chuzhou Yinshan Contton Pulp Co.,Ltd wastewater treatment project as the background,investigating the operating system parameters of the biological contact oxidation wastewater treatment.The operating result shows: the treatment effect is excellent,the system is stable and the operating is simple,adopting this technology is economically viable,technically reasonable.
