双减速比减速机对双卷筒卷取机主电机选型的影响 被引量:1

摘要 双卷筒卷取机是酸洗轧机联合机组中最常用的卷取设备,由于酸洗轧机联合机组产品规格上的多样性,双卷筒卷取机的主电机选型时既要兼顾卷取薄规格带钢时最高卷取速度的要求,又要满足卷取厚规格带钢时最大卷取扭矩的要求。在不改变现有卷取机结构的情况下,只能在满足最高卷取速度的同时,通过增大电机功率来满足最大卷取扭矩的需求,这容易导致所选电机功率偏大,在卷取大部分薄规格带钢时电机功率利用率不高,电机能力浪费严重。文中针对国内某冷轧厂1450mm酸洗轧机联合组的实际生产情况,提出了在双卷筒卷取机中采用双减速比减速机的设想,通过对比分析可知,采用双减速比减速机能有效地解决最大卷取速度与最大卷取扭矩之间的矛盾,降低了对电机功率的要求,有利于充分发挥电机的性能。 Dual-mandrel coiler is the most commonly-used coiling equipment in Continues Pickling and Continuous Rolling Mill (CPCM). However, considering the varieties of products specifications in CPCM, it has to, in type sizing of main motor for dual-mandrel coiler, accommodate the requirements of reaeiing maximal coiling speed in coiling thin sheet and geting the biggest coiling torque in coiling thick sheet. To that end, if it doesn't change the existent mechanical structure, the only way would be to increase the motor power to get the biggest torque in prerequisite of reaching maximal coiling speed. But it is subject to oversize the power of motor, which would be underused in coiling most thin sheets. This thesis takes some 1450mm CPCM production as a sample analysis, and puts forward one presumption of applying dual ratio reducer to dual-mandrel coiler. It's logically concluded that such doal ratio reducer can be an effective solution to balance achievement of both maximal coiling speed and biggest coiling torque, and to properly size the motor power and make the best use of the motor.
