摘要
文章论述了针对现有药芯焊丝生产线存在的缺陷所进行的改进设计,通过改进加粉机与轧机结构以及它们的控制方式稳定了焊丝的配重比;重新设计了轧辊孔型,解决了漏粉、串粉现象;应用压力传感器解决拉丝机断丝问题,拉丝机组拉丝机数量可以由2台增加到4台,使拉丝机组的产能与轧机组基本匹配,提高了药芯焊丝生产线生产率。
The paper discusses the improved design of defects existing in flux-cored wire production line, it stabilizes the counter weight ratio of wire by improving the structure and control mode of adding powder machine and rolling mill. The roll pass structure solves the defects of powder leakage and powder crossing. The paper uses pressure sensor to solve the problem about broken wires of drawing machine, the number of which can be increased from 2 to 4. It does match the productivity of drawing machine and rolling mill, and improving productivity of flux-cored wire production line.
