摘要
为适应现代高精度切削加工过程的最优化,对加工参数的实时监控就变得越来越重要。文中以钻削过程为例,介绍了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的实时切削加工参数监控系统的总体框架、硬件结构和软件设计。
In order to adapt to the optimization of the high-precision cutting process, it has become more and more significant to monitor the real-time machining parameters. Taking the process of drilling as an instance, this paper focuses on the introduction of the monitor-control system of cutting process on the basis of VI, mainly covering its general framework and the structure designing for both hardware and software.
