摘要
针对吐珠类烟花自动装配过程中的压紧工序建立有限元模型,并进行了数值仿真计算。文中建模过程考虑了吐珠类烟花的结构形状与工艺过程,并考虑了多种不同材料构成的系统的耦合效应,详细给出了有限元的建模方法和模型建立要点。分析了两种不同弹性模量的亮珠在烟花自动装配过程中应力、应变变化情况,对计算得到的数据进行了处理。通过对计算结果的分析指导实际生产,有利于消除压药过程中的质量隐患,降低产品的废品率,提高产品的质量和可靠性。
In this paper,finite element model of candles fireworks automated assembly process of compaction was established and numerically simulated.Structure shape and process of Candles Fireworks were taken into account in the modeling process, and considered the coupling effect of system composed by many different materials. Finite element modeling and model building points were given in detail. The stress and strain changes of two different elastic modulus bright beads in the fireworks automated assembly process were analyzed, Next processed the data obtained by the computation. Through the analysis to the results obtained by the computation to guide practical production,that eliminates quality problems in pressing powder process , reduces rejection rate of products and improves product quality and reliability.
