摘要
利用Creo软件的三维实体建模、机构仿真和有限元分析等模块的无缝集成技术,对山地车后悬架进行了虚拟装配、动态仿真和支点的结构强度分析。结果表明本研究方案提高了后悬架结构的设计效率,优化了零部件的结构,降低了成本,也为其它机械产品的研制和开发提供了一种手段。
Using seamlessly integrates technology of Creo's three-dimensional solid modeling,strueture simulation and finite element analysis,this paper carries out a virtual assembly, dynamic simulation and fulerum's structural strength analysis on the mountain bike rear suspension. The results show that the research program improves design efficiency of the rear suspension structure, optimizes the structure of parts and reduces costs. It also provides means for other research and development of mechanical products.
