基于Pro/E的行星齿轮减速器虚拟设计

摘要 行星齿轮减速器可实现各种传动比,结构紧凑,效率高,应用广泛。但该减速器结构复杂,设计困难,在加工、装配、工作中易产生各种干涉现象,影响其正常工作。为了检测零件间的装配干涉,修正原始设计,提高设计质量,利用三维设计软件Pro/E对减速器各零件进行三维建模、参数化设计及虚拟装配。对虚拟装配体进行干涉检查及结构合理性检验,结果表明,利用参数化技术及虚拟样机技术,可以直观地检验减速器模型中出现的各种干涉现象及不合理结构,有效地提高设计效率和产品质量。 Planetary gear reducer is used widely for a variety of transmission ratio, compact structure, high efficiency. However, the reducer structure is complex and the design is difficult. It is easy to produce all kinds of interference in tabrication, assembly and work, affecting its normal work. In order to detect interference between parts of the assembly to amend the original design, improve design quality, three-dimensional design software Pro/Engineer can be used to complete the reducer parts 3D modeling and parametric design, virtual assembly, assembly interference check and structure rationality examination. The test results show that parametric technology and virtual prototype technology can be used to examine directly each kind of interference and the unreasonalde structure which appear in the gear reduce model. And it cau improve design efficiency and product quality.
