摘要
素线是回转体零件表面的特征线,它反映了该类零件形状的最基本特点,素线法在零件表面取点过程中得到广泛的应用。文中以具体零件为例,分析其形状特点,将素线并入刀具路径,并把素线上的点作为刀具的刀位点(偏移),运用宏程序编程方法生成数控加工程序的一般过程,并为特殊零件数控编程提供了有效的解决办法。
Tessellation line is the typical lines on the surface of axisymmetric Parts. It reflects the basic feature of parts structures. Tessellation line methods is widely used in choosing dots on parts surface.This article takes parts as example, and analyzes the structure feature in detail. It takes tessellation line into the path for processing cutting tool. h also introduces the general process on how to use a macro program to make a numeric control program.Most of all, it provides an effective way on relative parts numerie control program.
