摘要
集群装备战斗力是影响装备指挥员乃至作战指挥员科学决策的主要因素之一。针对战时装备维修保障决策需求和特点,通过深入分析集群装备作战实际,研究了集群装备战斗力指数影响因素集并对各因素进行了说明,基于BP神经网络建立了集群装备战斗力指数评估模型,利用专家确定的40组训练样本对该BP神经网络进行训练。研究结果表明,基于BP神经网络的集群装备战斗力指数评估方法是可行有效的,减少了评估过程中人的主观因素,使得评估结果更为准确可信。
Equipment combat power index is one of the most important factors of influencing decisionmaking. Aiming at the requirement of equipment maintenance support decision-making in wartime, through discussing equipment battle fact,the factor set was researched and explained,equipment combat power index assessment model was established based on BP neural network.Forty groups of training samples are chosen to train the BP neural network.The result shows that the assessment method is feasible and effective.It limits artificial factors and makes the solution more creditable.
