摘要
[目的]描述宫颈癌病人生存质量,探讨文化程度对于生存质量的影响。[方法]采用宫颈癌治疗功能性量表(FACT-Cx)对471例宫颈癌病人进行调查。按照小学、初中、高中、大专及以上将病人分为4组,采用多元协方差分析评估文化程度对宫颈癌病人生存质量的影响。[结果]宫颈癌病人FACT-Cx总分为118.65分±19.72分。不同文化程度病人FACT-Cx总分在年龄、工作状况、家庭月收入、经济负担、医保方式、疾病分期比较差异有统计学意义。在校正相关协变量影响之后,文化程度对情感维度、功能维度得分有影响。[结论]不同文化程度的宫颈癌病人生存质量不同,文化程度越高,生存质量越好。医疗工作者应注意识别生存质量受损的危险因素,有针对性地开展干预。
Objective:To describe the living quality of patients with cervical cancer,and probe into the influence of education level on it.Methods:A total of 471 patients with cervical cancer were investigated using FACT-Cx.All patients were divided into four groups based on primary school,junior high school,high school,and college or above.Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to evaluate the influence of education levels on the living quality of patients with cervical cancer.Results:The FACT-Cx total scores was 118.65±19.72.There are significant difference in age,working status,family income,financial burden,medical insurance,and stage of disease among different educational levels.After correcting the influence of related covariates,there was statistical significant difference in the influence of education levels on scores of emotional dimension and functional dimension.Conclusion:The living quality of cervical cancer patients with different educational levels is different;the higher education level is the better living quality is.Health care workers should pay attention to identify the risk factors of living quality and carry out the targeted interventions.
