On Knowledge Management of Enterprise

本文在讨论企业知识、企业知识结构、企业知识管理等概念的基础上 ,提出企业知识管理的目标是建立知识创新、使用、保存和转让的有效机制 ,提高知识对企业效益的贡献 ;企业知识管理的方法是按照企业知识运动的内在要求 ,以建立知识管理制度等手段 ,调整企业知识结构。

This article deals with the knowledge,knowledge structure and knowledge management of enterprise.On the basis of these concepts,we put forward an aim for the knowledge management of enterprises.This is an effective system in creating,making use of,reserving and transferring the knowledge,so that we can improve the service of the knowledge to efficiency of the enterprise.The measure of the management is through establishing a system or other means in accordance with the inner movements and requirements of enterprise knowledge,to adjust the knowledge structure of enterprise.Furthermore,this article also states a view as to the post and its responsibility of the knowledge management of enterprise.
