摘要
针对串联混合动力城市客车的整车协调控制问题,设计了整车控制器(electronic vehicle controller unit,EVCU)与能量优化管理策略。整车控制器以Freescale公司32位微控制器MPC5534为核心,实现了数字I/O、模拟量采集、以及CAN总线通信。能量优化管理策略以整车油耗优化为核心目标,根据驾驶员操作意图和动力电池荷电状态,实时优化动力蓄电池充放功率,提高能量利用率,实现整车典型城市工况下节油率达到30%。试验测试和实车路试表明,该控制器运行稳定、可靠,达到了预设的节能效果。
Electronic vehicle controller unit and management strategy of energy optimization are designed for vehicle coordination control of an urban series HEV bus.MPC5534(32-bit MCU made by Freescale) is used as core controller in the system and digital I/O,analog inputs and the applications of CAN bus are achieved.Management strategy of energy optimization aims at optimizing vehicle fuel consumption by real-time optimization of power battery charge power or discharge power according to operating intent of the driver and SOC of power batteries,and energy efficiency is increased by achieving fuel conservation at the rate of 30 % or more in a typical urban conditions.The results of experimental tests and road test show that the electronic vehicle controller unit has reliable performance and can achieve the aim of energy conservation.
