摘要
涡街信号是1种单一频率的正弦信号,但是实际现场环境下涡街流量计产生的涡街信号由于易受到管道振动和流场扰动等干扰因素的影响,现场测量精度无法保证,尤其是低流速很难测量。提出用dmey小波阈值去噪对信号进行处理的方法来扩展测量下限;提出1种改进的阈值去噪算法,仿真和分析表明该去噪算法对涡街信号从噪声中提取的效果良好。
The.vortex flowmeter signal generated by the vortex flowmeter is a kind of single frequency.But there are pipe vibration and fluid turbulence,the measurement accuracy in the field cannot be ensured,especaily in the low flow velocity.The method that uses dmey wavelet threhold denoising is proposed to lower the limit of mseasurement.Through a variety of wavelet filter belt of transition measurement and signal to noise ratio analysis,it can select wavelet basis.And an improved threshold denoising algorithm is proposed,the results from analysis and simulation show this method is effective to separate the signals of vortex flowmeter from noises.
