批评和自我批评是中国共产党区别于其他政党的显著标志之一。批评和自我批评是解决党内矛盾的有效途径,是党不断自我更新、自我超越的有利武器;批评和自我批评的实质是自我批评,党自觉地纠正自身的错误,不断走向前进;批评和争论是一对孪生兄弟,体现着批评的双向互动性;民主集中制是批评和自我批评的制度保障,完善党和国家的民主集中制、促使批评和自我批评常态化,是党保持先进性的内在动力。

Criticism and self- criticism is one of the significant signs through which the CPC differs from other parties. First, criticism and self- criticism is the effective way of solving the inner - party contradiction, and is also the strong measure for self- updating and self- exceeding constantly. Second, self-criticism is the essence, that＇ s why the Party consciously corrects her mistakes and moves forward. Third, criticism and argument are two - way interactive twin brothers. Further, democratic centralism is the systematic guarantee of criticism and self- criticism, thus it is the inner motivation to consummate the Party＇s and the State＇s democratic centralism, and to prompt the normalization of criticism and self- criticism.
