摘要
以某客车车架为研究对象,基于ANSYS软件建立其有限元模型,对该车架进行静力学分析。结合ANSYS提供的优化方法,进行车架结构参数的优化设计,实现车架的轻量化。基于VB和APDL开发相应可视化软件,可方便快捷地对车架进行优化设计。
Taking a bus frame as the research object,the paper constructed the finite element model based on ANSYS,made statics analysis of the frame.Combined with ANSYS optimization method,the structure parameter optimization design of the fame was made to realize the frame's lightweight.With the development of visualization software based on VB and APDL,the optimization design of the frame becomes more convenient.
