履带拖拉机前梁焊合件仿真分析

摘要 针对东方红-C1402履带拖拉机水温过高问题,在相应位置设计通风孔,改进前梁焊合件结构,使冷却空气及时排出。利用Pro/E三维仿真技术平台,对前梁合件在整机工作过程中的受力变化情况进行分析,找出工况最差时受力点的大小及方向。利用该力对改进后的前梁焊合件进行结构分析,得出仿真技术在履带拖拉机中应用的优势。 Aiming at the problem that water temperature of YTO-C1402 crawler tractor was excessively high,we designed ventilation holes on the responding position,improved the structure of front welding beam,and made the cool air flow smoothly.Using Pro/E three-dimensional simulation,we also analyzed load conditions variation in the processing of working,found the size and direction of load point at the worst working condition.The load condition was used to analyze structural component after improvement,it was concluded that simulation technology had advantages in the application of crawler tractors.
