摘要
目前喷雾热分解法制备超细复合粉末组分偏析控制研究中缺乏分析手段。详细介绍了一种用于研究组分偏析现象的溶剂萃取方法,即利用两种组分在同一溶剂中的不同溶解性来分析复合粉末的组分偏析形式的方法。该方法不仅简单,而且结果可靠。
In order to find a convenient and direct experimental method to observe phase segregation in multi-component ultrafine powders synthesized by spray pyrolysis, the solvent extraction method was introduced. By using components or their decomposition productns that have different solubility and comparing their morphology,the multi-component ultrafine powder synthesized by spray pyrolysis and residue powder solved in solvent can be osberved on SEM micrographs and the phase segregation model can be found.
