矿用重型刮板输送机断链故障监测传感器研究 被引量:20

摘要 针对刮板输送机断链监测问题,提出在刮板输送机中部槽内部构建专用磁场并使用霍尔元件为敏感元件的刮板检测传感器,利用该传感器可间接判断出是否有断单链故障。提出了传感器在有无刮板时的磁感应强度差值(MID)是传感器的最重要性能指标之一。在建立了断链检测传感器的磁场分析模型后,基于ANSYS仿真研究了MID与永磁体的长度,永磁体位置及霍尔元件位置间的关系。计算结果表明:当使用永磁体长度为100 mm并位于距离中部槽边缘30 mm时,距离中板边缘80 mm处的霍尔元件检测到的MID具有最大值308 Gs,最后对样机进行测试,测试样机的MID可达265 Gs。满足传感器设计需要,达到了检测刮板的目的。 To the detection of chain-broken in armoured face conveyor,a scraper detecting sensor was proposed in which special magnetic field is constructed in side section of conveyor chute and hall element is used as sensitive element to the magnetic field.The fault of single chain-broken can be detected based on the sensor.It is presented that the magnetic intensity difference between scraper going through the sensor and no scraper going through it(MID) is one of the most important performance parameter.After modeling magnetic field,the relationships between MID and length of permanent magnet,location of permanent magnet and location of hall element were researched based on ANSYS.The results indicate that MID reaches peak 308 Gs when the length of permanent magnet is 100 mm and the permanent magnet is at such a position where the distance from the edge of side section of conveyor chute is 30 mm and the hall element from the edge of pan of chute is 80 mm.Measurement on the prototype designed on the rule is carried out.MID of the prototype is 265 Gs.It is enough to scraper detection.
