煤矿风机隔爆型大功率应急供电系统的研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对煤矿井下苛刻的环境以及保持巷道通风连续性的特殊需求,从提高风机供电可靠性角度考虑,开发了大功率三相应急供电系统,当主风机双电源同时出现故障时,该系统立即用于备用风机供电,使备用风机继续供风。当主风机供电电源故障解决后,应急供电系统通过自动投切装置,使工作面恢复由主风机继续供风,应急供电系统对蓄电池组进行充电与风机进入后备状态。应急供电系统由控制模块、蓄电池系统模块、逆变模块、保护模块组成。系统设计备用时间最长60 min,防止因停电停风造成的瓦斯积存或爆炸事故,使煤矿生产实现本质上的安全。 Aiming at the special requirement that remaining uninterrupted ventilation in the working face and the extremely atrocious condition in the coal-mine,a three-phase emergency power supply system with high power to improve the reliability of power supply for auxiliary fan was developed.When the dual power used for the main fan are unable to function normally,the system will supply power for auxiliary fan to ensure uninterrupted ventilation.After the power for the main fan can resume normal power supply,via automatic switch apparatus,the emergency power supply system will cause the main fan to replace the auxiliary fan to supply wind,and at the same time the system will be charged while the auxiliary fan will enter the standby state.The emergency power supply system is comprised of control modules,batteries system modules,inverter modules and protection modules.The time that the system can offer is long up to sixty minutes such that it can prevent gas accumulating or exploring effectively so as to ensure intrinsical safe of the coal mine.
